Our client, a renowned consulting and service company operating on the B2B market, was struggling with the problem of an inconsistent and outdated image. Although the quality of their services was at the highest level and the team consisted of outstanding experts, their website and marketing materials remembered the beginnings of the last decade. When potential customers found the website, they did not see professionalism, which had a negative impact on sales processes.

The main challenge was to create a new brand identity that would precisely communicate the company's unique value (USP), build trust from the first contact and distinguish the brand from aggressive competition. Additionally, the old website was non-functional, not adapted to mobile devices and did not have clear calls to action (CTA), which resulted in a very low conversion rate.
