We don’t publish a price list, because every project has a different scope. Tell us what you need — after a short call you’ll get a free quote, and we’ll agree a fixed price for the agreed scope before we start.

What affects the quote
We price the scope, not the hours. These elements have the biggest impact on budget and schedule.
Number of unique layouts
What counts is how many different page types need designing, not the total number of pages.
Features and admin panel
Blog, multiple languages, bookings, calculators, a client area, roles and permissions.
Integrations
CRM, payments, ERP, inventory, newsletter, calendars and any other systems the site needs to talk to.
Content and graphics
Copywriting, illustrations, a photo shoot, animations — or materials you provide yourself.
Quality requirements
Accessibility level (WCAG 2.2, EAA), performance, security and user testing.
Deadline
Fast-track delivery means rescheduling other projects and bringing in a larger team.

A fixed monthly fee, no long contracts
Design and technical care on a monthly basis. The fee depends on the scope — we agree it after a call. The design subscription can be cancelled with 14 days’ notice, technical care with one month’s notice.

How we invoice projects
Staged payments
Usually 30% upfront, 40% on design approval and 30% on handover. Subscriptions are paid monthly in advance.
A fixed price for the scope
The price is agreed before we start. Anything outside the scope is quoted before it’s done — no surprises on the invoice.
Rights on final payment
After the final payment we transfer the economic copyrights and hand over all the files.

Questions about quotes
Why don’t you publish a price list?
Because two “company websites” can differ in scope several times over. Instead of a price that rarely fits your project, we prepare a free quote after a short call.
How long does it take to prepare a quote?
Usually up to 3 business days after the call. You get a fixed price, a description of the scope, a schedule and a breakdown of payment stages.
Does the quote include VAT?
Our quotes are net. We issue a VAT invoice with 23% VAT added.
Can we split the project into phases?
Yes. We often start with a core version and add further features after launch, once it’s clear what users need.
What if my budget is limited?
Tell us at the start. We’ll propose a scope that fits the budget and can be extended later.
