How we work: from first call to launch
Five stages, clear deadlines and one project lead you talk to from start to finish. No disappearing for weeks, no surprises on the invoice.
- 01
Discovery call 30 minutes
We learn about your goals, audience and constraints. Within 3 business days you get a fixed price, scope and schedule (for applications — after a scoping workshop).
- 02
Workshop 1–2 days
We agree the structure, content and visual direction. The outcome is a sitemap or a brand strategy.
- 03
Design 1–3 weeks
We design the key screens or logo concepts in Figma. Two rounds of revisions are included.
- 04
Build 1–6 weeks
We code, load the content, test on real devices and check accessibility.
- 05
Launch and growth 30 days of support
We go live, train your team and fix the small things for 30 days. After that — ongoing care or the next phases.
Quality standard
We check before we hand over
Design before code
You see and approve the screens in Figma before a single line of code is written.
Speed
We aim for green Core Web Vitals on mobile, because a slow site loses customers and Google rankings.
WCAG 2.2 accessibility
Contrast, keyboard navigation, screen readers — in line with the European Accessibility Act.
Technical SEO
Heading structure, structured data, a sitemap and redirects from old URLs — as standard.
The code and files are yours
The repository, source files and economic copyrights pass to you. The domain is yours from day one.
Fixed price and deadlines
We price the scope, not the hours. You get a schedule with milestone dates together with the quote.

FAQ
Questions about working together
How much of my time will the project take?
Most of it at the start: the call, the workshop and design approval. After that, usually 30–60 minutes a week to review progress and answer questions.
What if I don’t like the design?
That’s why we start with the visual direction and the key screens. Two rounds of revisions are included, and any major change of direction is discussed before the next stage.
Do we sign a contract?
Yes — covering scope, schedule, payment stages and the transfer of copyrights. We’re happy to sign an NDA as well.
Got a project? Let’s start with a 30-minute call.
Free and with no obligation. Within 3 business days of the call you get a fixed price, scope and schedule.
