Privacy policy
How we process the personal data of people who contact us through nexcreativelab.com.
Data controller
The controller of your personal data is NexCreativeLab (full registration details: to be completed — company name, address, VAT ID). Contact for data protection matters: hello@nexcreativelab.com.
What data we collect and why
- Contact form: first name, email address and, optionally, phone number, company, website address and the content of your message — to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Email correspondence and calls — for the same purpose and, where applicable, to conclude and perform a contract.
Digital Presence Score (website audit and site plan)
When you request a report on the /en/dps/ page, we process your first name, email address and, optionally, company and phone number, the address of the website being checked and your answers in the form — to prepare the report and send it to you by email (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). We only scan publicly available parts of the website (the home page, robots.txt and the sitemap) and use the public Google PageSpeed Insights tool. The text of the report is written by an AI model based on this data. We send at most three messages offering to discuss the results (around 3, 7 and 30 days after the report), and only if you tick the box to agree — if you reply, we send no further messages, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by replying to the email. We keep report data for up to 12 months.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months from the last contact, and if we enter into a contract — for the period required by tax and accounting regulations.
Who we share data with
The service providers we use: hosting, email and the enquiry management system (CRM). Data is processed within the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not track visitors. If that changes, we will ask for your consent before enabling any such tools.
